About J. A. Snyder Entities, Inc.

J. A. Snyder Entities, Inc. has been in business for over 30 years. J. A. Snyder Entities, Inc. is also the owner of J. A. Snyder Construction, Northeast Concrete and Northeast Masonry, along with several shopping centers.

Jeff Snyder the primary owner started with the construction of residential homes and expanded to commercial construction in 1988.

Mr. Snyder has been active in the community with the Pocono Builders Association and has done gratis work for projects such as the Hospice House, Salvation Army, Churches and Women's Resources.

Mr. Snyder believes in the importance of giving back to the communities that have been so good to him,

Jeff Snyder has been a member of the Monroe Country Vocational Technical School for over a dozen years, as well as serving as president on the board.

Having lived in the Pocono's his entire life and raising his family there, he has become a mainstay to the area. He has recently branched out to the Lake Anna, Virginia area.

Jeff's sons are currently part of the business. His one son Jason is the Vice President of the Construction Company. His other son Kevin is Vice President of the Concrete Company.

The Lake Anna Construction site for the Shopping Center, known as Lake Anna Island, the Town homes and the Condo project are being managed by Brian Newman and Bob Propst.

Brian Newman has made Lake Anna, Virginia his temporary home while construction is underway and will make the move permanent once his children have reached a good transfer age in school. He has over 20 years in the construction business.

Bob Propst has also made Lake Anna, Virginia his temporary home until he can build in the area to bring his family here to live full time.
